Silicon Savannah Talent provides an AI-powered managed talent marketplace that connects IT professionals (“Candidates”) with companies (“Employers” or “Clients”) for gigs, projects, and long-term roles. Our services include AI-driven resume parsing, candidate-to-job matching, a secure escrow payment system for projects, and optional skill assessments for badge verification.
Candidates: You may create a profile for free. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You have the option to purchase skill assessments to earn verified badges on your profile.
Employers/Clients: You may create an account to post job opportunities and search for candidates. You agree to pay the applicable fees for posting jobs or using our managed project setup services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
Employers: We charge fees for posting job opportunities and for our managed services. All fees are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) unless otherwise stated.
Candidates: While creating a profile is free, you may choose to pay for skill assessments.
Escrow for Gigs/Projects: For gigs and projects, the Client will deposit funds into a secure escrow account. These funds will be released to the Candidate upon successful completion of agreed-upon milestones. We will charge a markup on the candidate’s service costs as our fee.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
